The NPCC CBRE Compliance Committee, a committee of the NPCC CBRE Board of Directors, will provide policy input and final approval of compliance assessments, including sanction recommendations, for the NPCC CBRE Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program (CMEP). The CMEP will be used to monitor, assess and enforce mandatory compliance, by entities contained in the Compliance Registry, with NERC and Regional Reliability Standards consistent with the Regional Delegation Agreement and agreements backstopped by the appropriate Canadian Provincial regulatory and/or governmental authorities.
