NPCC Inc. Guidelines (or Guides), designated as Type "B" documents and identified as NPCC Inc. Document B-nn, serve as the guide through which implementation of the criteria and acceptable system performance is achieved. The establishment of a guideline, or the revision to an existing guideline, requires the approval of the Reliability Coordinating Committee.
