Objective: To conduct interregional transfer capability studies between ReliabilityFirst Corporation (RFC) and Northeast Power Coordinating Council, Inc. (NPCC Inc) to assess interconnected system reliabilty. Seasonal and future assessments may be conducted by the RFC-NPCC Inc. groups.
